The proprietary 18cm Spendor EP77 polymer cone mid-bass drive unit, together with the 18cm Kevlar© composite bass unit, helps the DC1 deliver a room filling sound with pure vocals, musical insight, precision and dynamic expression.
The sealed box cabinet produces room friendly taut bass that is controlled and powerful, which allows the DC1 to keep up with DS1, D7.2, D9.2 stereo products, when used in a front left, centre, right configuration.
An amplifier friendly design allows for partnering with a variety of AV electronics products.

The AN-K is a compact ‘book shelf’ design, using two drive units per cabinet to cover a very wide frequency response, given its modest dimensions. Originally designed for professional use, the aim for Q10 was to make a monitor that captures, or rather recreates the whole event taking place on a music recording (or any other source of sound), timbrally accurate, in time and in space. Achieving that isn’t a matter of adding a lot of subjectively “positive things” – a colour is a colour, even when it’s a nice one, and we don’t want to add colors.

Rather than just make the same models again, we decided to rework the complete range. Significant attention has been paid to better cabinet construction and finish, and the crossovers and drive units have also been improved.
We eventually decided to make the entire range in the same Austrian factory as all of our other ‘speakers. As such, the build quality is - as you would expect - superb.
Initially we will offer two real wood veneers: European Walnut and Black Ash.
We are also introducing the long promised but never released AX Three model which will fill the gap between the AN-K/D and the AX-Two. More information on this will be coming presently!
