The Audio Note (UK) M9 Pre Amplifier is without doubt or question, the finest Phonostage equipped preamplifier we have ever produced, and the Line Stage is only surpassed in performance by our own M10 Line. As one would expect, no expense has been spared in the construction of the circuit or the components used, and is a full Audio Note (UK) Level 5 product.
The RIAA Converter (AFE-11) converts the output signal of a CD player or DA converter to the RIAA recording curve of vinyl records. The AFE-11's output signal is equivalent to that of an MM cartridge, allowing an external phono stage amplifier to reproduce it as an original flat signal.

Hybrid EQ Amplifier with Tube Buffer Output
The TB-50 employs a hybrid architecture in which the amplification circuit, including RIAA equalization, is implemented in solid-state circuitry, while the final output stage passes through a vacuum tube buffer. This combination delivers ideal signal amplification through solid-state design, together with the rich harmonic expression that only vacuum tubes can provide. The TB-50 uses the same ECC82 (12AU7) tubes as our flagship TB-100, bringing the world of DS tube Audio sound to a broader range of music lovers.
